Category description 1 on 1 training helps to focus the attention of a private trainer on an individual athlete. The benefits to that individual are great because they go through a series of exercises to showcase their strengths and pin-point their weaknesses. A private trainer can see the execution of certain movements, bad habits, and/or other issues that needed correcting. Through repetitive exercises, the mind and body establish correct body movements, decisions being made and once executed correctly over a period of time; they essentially become instinctual.

The benefits to that individual are great because they receive special feedback about their strengths and weaknesses as a competitor. The coach is able to maintain an athlete’s achievements and correct their shortcomings; therefore, improving the ability to impact a game during their performance. Through repetitive exercises, the mind and body establish correct body movements, decisions being made and once executed correctly over a period of time; they essentially become instinctual.
