I am the El Capitan High School Girls Varsity Tennis Coach. I've been playing tennis for just about as long as I can remember. I played in the junior circuit starting at around age 12, played in high school where I won the Valley League Championship three years in a row, and went off to play in college on an athletic scholarship. And now I have the opportunity to teach what I have learned to a new generation of tennis players. When I look back on all my years of tennis, I am proud of what I accomplished and the life lessons I have taken from the sport. You would be surprised how the game mimics challenges and circumstances that you come across in day-to-day life.
